Lilliana Meraz, Practice Manager

Adriana – Practice Manager

“Every day I’m grateful to bring empathy and compassion to my work. Supporting patients and my team with clear, purposeful leadership brings me deep satisfaction because it helps people feel heard and genuinely cared for. Because compassion is woven into our office culture, I’ve grown not only as a leader but as a person. I’m constantly inspired by the resilience and dedication of the people I work with, and I’m proud to help shape an environment where excellence and kindness go hand in hand. We pair that compassionate culture with rigorous clinical standards and a deliberate focus on oral systemic connections to deliver superior, whole‑body dental care.”

Adriana began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant, where her natural leadership and love for patient care quickly stood out. She grew into the role of Clinical Lead and later became the Practice Manager, using her combined clinical and administrative experience to create a seamless experience for every patent. Outside of the office, Adriana pours her heart into raising her two young boys, teaching them to be compassionate and hardworking leaders in their own right. Sundays are her favorite- spent surrounded by family, cooking big Sunday dinners, and carrying on traditions that keep everyone close- a reflection of her belief that the best care comes from treating every patient like family.

Tracy Flores, Dental Assistant

Gabi – Hygienist

“The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients feel relaxed and confident during their dental hygiene appointments. I strive to create a calm and comfortable experience where you feel supported and at ease every step of the way. I truly enjoy getting to know my patients and providing education that helps them improve not only their oral health but their overall well-being.”

Gabriella has been part of the Town & Country Dental team since 2020. Originally from Venezuela, she has lived in Oak Park, Illinois for the past 16 years. A proud graduate of the Kennedy-King College, Dental Hygiene program (Class of 2007), Gabriella is known for her light-handed technique and compassionate care. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening and rowing with Recovery On Water, a rowing team for breast cancer survivors that fosters fitness, resilience, and community. Next time you see her, ask what regatta she’s training for!

Annie – Clinical Assistant

“The most satisfying part of my job is seeing patients turn their dental anxieties into determination to reach their oral health goals. I try my best to make your visit an experience that leads to this by creating a calm, friendly environment where you feel supported. As someone who enjoys dentistry and all it consists of, I always welcome and encourage questions and sharing of any concerns about your care in our office!”

Annie has been a dental assistant here since August 2023 and eventually made her way into becoming a Clinical Lead. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to concerts and music festivals. She loves the energy of live music and the chance to connect with people. That same spirit of connection helps her create a welcoming and positive experience for our patients.

Melissa – Patient Treatment Coordinator

“I’ve always been drawn to helping others, which is what led me to a career in dentistry. I’m compassionate and empathetic by nature, and I value creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their smiles. I believe dentistry is not just about treatment but about building trust and guiding patients to make the best decisions for their oral health.

Part of my role is making sure patients stay on track with their treatments, so they don’t fall behind and risk needing more extensive and costly treatment. I aim to guide patients to a healthy state where they only need preventive care. Preventive care keeps them healthier, happier and saves them money. Working chairside as a clinical assistant gives me the chance to ease what can sometimes feel like a stressful experience, and it’s so rewarding to know I can make a positive difference in every visit”

Melissa focuses on making sure every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident in their decisions about their oral health. She takes pride in guiding patients toward the best choices for their care while encouraging preventive habits that support long-term health. Her approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and trust, ensuring that each patient leaves the office feeling valued and supported. Outside of the office, Melissa recently welcomed a baby boy and enjoys spending time with her new family, cooking new recipes, and lifting weights!

Alla Fedoruk, RDH

Genesis – Patient Services Coordinator

“Working in the service industry for so long, I’ve learned that one of the most important parts of creating a great experience for our patients is a warm first impression when you walk through the door or call us on the phone. Whether it’s their first visit with us or their hundredth, I want each person to come in feeling welcomed and leave feeling confident in the care they are receiving from our team.”

Meet Genesis, one of the first faces patients see when they walk into the office at Town & Country Dental. As the administrative coordinator, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, welcomed, and informed about their care from the moment they arrive. Whether she’s greeting patients over the phone or at the door, walking them through their dental insurance benefits, or addressing their concerns, Genesis is committed to starting each patient’s experience on a positive note.

She brings four years of customer service experience to her role, along with a strong background in communications and patient support. Genesis recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Management and plans to pursue her bachelor’s degree to continue enhancing patient care and contributing to the team’s success.

Comments Made at Hygienist Exit Interview Upon Relocation Out of State

“This office is the most kid-friendly office I have ever worked in by far. Dr. Wegner, as a boss has shown me a very high standard of his personal ethics, not only with his employees but with his patients’ too. His care for humanity is seen with each interaction.”
